The training at Russ Williams’ Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA gyms is easy to learn & suitable for beginners. Anyone is welcome to come and try it out in a friendly atmosphere. Most students train to keep fit and learn defence. Gradings, Fight Nights and instructor training courses are available for those wishing to take the sport further. We have a Team of Male and Female instructors/trainee instructors to make you feel welcome. Our fully equipped gyms are also available for hire.
